1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to your profile settings and select "Delete Account".
Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email.
2. What Data is Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all of your personal data, including your name, email address, and any information you have provided in your visa application forms.
3. What Data is Not Deleted
We may retain some anonymized data for statistical purposes. This data will not be personally identifiable.
