By downloading, installing, or using the Myvisa mobile application or any related website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Description of Service

Myvisa provides software tools that help users prepare and submit visa application forms (such as the U.S. DS‑160) and schedule consular interviews. We are not affiliated with any government agency and we do not guarantee visa approval.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, Myvisa grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable license to download and use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.

6. Fees & Payments

Some features may be offered for a fee (e.g., premium form review or priority support). Prices are displayed in‑app and are subject to change. All payments are processed via the App Store / Google Play In‑App Purchase mechanisms.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Do not provide false or misleading information on visa forms.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services.
Do not upload malware or engage in activities that disrupt the Services.
Do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are the property of Myvisa or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Myvisa’s trademarks or other proprietary materials except as expressly authorized.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Myvisa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of form data, suitability for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Myvisa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Always consult qualified counsel if you have legal questions about your visa application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myvisa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myvisa and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
